Viewing and ordering photos has never been so easy.
Starting this season we are partnering with GotPhoto to reduce our carbon footprint, minimise administration for nurseries and improve the service for our customers.
Step One
Before photo day, the nursery provides us with a list of who will be photographed.
We use this list to generate GDPR compliant password cards for each child.
Step Two
Password cards are distributed to parents on photo day.
Parents can sign up immediately so they are notified as soon as the photos are ready to view and order.
We personally prepare and edit every photo on the same day as the photoshoot. We aim to complete and upload the photos to GotPhoto’s secure system within 24 hours of the photoshoot.
GotPhoto automatically create a private, password-protected gallery for each child. Parents can view the watermarked images for free for up to one month after the photoshoot.
Step Three
Straightforward online ordering, special discounts and home delivery available.
Parents can create packs, download files, save wish lists and more!
There is a 5% discount for a minimum purchase of £30 for customers who order within the coupon deadline (usually 5-7 working days, please check the password card.)
For customers who order by the coupon deadline there is the additional promotion of free delivery to the nursery. We cover the cost of postage for this option. All customers who choose this option will have their orders held back, processed at the same time and delivered in one package to the nursery. Home delivery is available throughout the selling period at an additional cost.
Physical orders are fulfilled by our partner photography labs whose experience and customer service continue to standout.
